Chemtools Galvanising & Primer Spray 400g

Chemtools 400g aerosols for protecting and finishing steel: touch up welds, cut ends and damaged gal, prime bare metal, or add a colour coat.

Zinc-rich galvanising sprays:

• Cold Gal — restores corrosion protection on welds and cut ends where the gal's been burnt off or cut away
• SG Silver — bright silver to colour-match existing galvanised surfaces
• Black Gloss Zinc / Black Matte Zinc — zinc protection with a black finish
• Blue Gal / White Gal / Safety Yellow — zinc protection in colour, including high-vis for safety marking

Primer:

• Etch Prime Grey — helps top coats grip steel, aluminium, fibreglass and most other metals

Common applications:

• Welded joints on gal gates, fences, trailers and frames
• Cut ends of pipe, RHS and threaded rod
• Scratches and damaged coatings
• Safety marking

Tip: Prep is everything. Wire-brush or flap-disc back to clean, bright metal, wipe off dust and oil, then apply thin coats.

Safety: Flammable aerosol. Use in a ventilated area, away from ignition sources — including fresh welds and grinding sparks.
